The Pingalakhi Public Welfare Organisation, Nimapara established in the year 1991 with group of people leading by a Person with Visually Impaired namely late MR. RAJ KISHOR SABUT aiming to promote the inclusion & protect the rights of marginal and vulnerable people including the Persons with disabilities in all sphere of community development activities.
